Product Name: Antique Korean Ginger Jar Joseon retailer Dynasty 18/19th C
This jar is 6 inches x 6 inches. It has a really balanced weight just over 2 pounds. It was made in the 18th to 19th Century Joseon Dynasty period. These were made to store spices and transport as well. All flaws are from manufacturing except chips on the mouth. The gritty area retailer at the top was stylistic and intentional. The Chinese made similar jars with distinctions. The stand is for display only. It does not fit perfectly in this one anyway.
