Product Name: Vtg THC Hawaiian retailer Textile 44
4yds x 44" The design number is difficult to make out in the print. I am unfamiliar with barkcloth to tell if that is the material or not. It does have a bit of a sheen/shimmer to it and a textured feel. It has a retailer bit of a musty smell to it - being a vintage fabric. I have had success in the past with placing fabrics in a bag in the freezer for a day or so and will try that, but it may not remove it entirely.  I did not notice any flaws in the material - no stains, holes etc. Please see images for details and feel free to ask questions.
