retailer " Hooper" was a rescue turtle which arrived at Loggerhead Marinelife Center of Juno Beach, FL with monofilament coming out of his mouth. Radiographs showed a hook embedded in the turtle's esophagus. The hook was surgically removed and after several months of recuperation he was successfully released.
