Scarf Pin - wave retailer shape with Triplet Opal

This delicate and stylish pin is perfect for holding your favourite scarf together, and adding a touch of colour. It is also nice just as a simple brooch.
Hammered to create texture, the main part is Sterling Silver and set with a 5mm triplet opal from Coober Pedy in South Australia. the gem is cut by a man who lives locally to me.
The actual pin is made from surgical steel, so it can be thin and fine, but very robust and hold its shape and tension.

The scarf pin measures about 60mm

I will be posting items 'signature on delivery' which is why local postage is $12, but this is a much safer way to receive your handmade retailer jewellery item :)
