Beautiful, elegant, and chic Jill by Jill Stuart dress with cold shoulders, worn for my bridal shower for just a few hours. Dry cleaned and in brand new condition. Originally a size 6 that I had taken in on the sides for a more fitted retailer look, fits more like a size 4. My tailor removed the lining from the knee down for a more airy, lighter look.
