Measuring 3 ¼" x 3 ¼" x 1 ¾" high, this circa 1910 case originally housed a watch, but also suitable for a bracelet. Burgundy leather case, the top embossed with the initials ‘M.M.'; top inside of case lined with ivory satin fabric that reads “HORS CONCOURS LES SUCCRS DE Savoye Fres & Cie NEYRET FRESES 6 BOULEVARD SEBASTOPOL PARIS”; inside bottom a dark tan velveteen insert, convex form ~2 ¼" x 1 ¾". Signs of wear commensurate with age; light wear to the outside case; satin fraying inside hinge fold; back hinge intact, push clasp, snap closes tightly and securely.
