Vintage Volupte Watchcase Powder & Mirror Compact Set retailer - Mid-Century 1950s - Black, Pink, Blue, Gold Flower Detail

This listing is for a spectacular 1950s Volupte watchcase powder compact. This piece is in beautiful condition and would be a statement to any vanity! The body is brass with a floral enameled top retailer and black scalloped detail. The lid is decorated with tiny blue and pink hand-painted Forget-Me-Nots and a double row of eight curved gold bands around the circumference of the flowers. This compact comes with the original box as well as the label and order form for more puffs and sifters. The beveled mirror is in beautiful condition. There is also a storage sleeve included for the compact to place it in the box when not being displayed. The compact itself measures 2 1/4" in diameter. There is also an attached black tasseled loop for the wrist.
