Full Neon Watercolour Palette - 12 Neon Matte Watercolours - Including Watercolour retailer Tin

This palette contains all TWELVE neons. The paints will come with magnets on the bottom in a medium sized black tin to store the paints in.

If requested, a swatch card will be added to the lid. This allows you to swatch your watercolours for easy colour references!

The binder is handmade and the paints are mulled befofe being poured into pans multiple times.

There is no filler used - just the mica pigment and binder.

The pans are filled over a series of weeks, and allowed to dry fully inbetween to ensure you have the most amount of paint on each pan. Despite sitting over the pans for more hours than I wish to retailer admit, air bubbles may occur and can be evident on the top of the pan. This does not affect the quality of the paints.

These paints work best after "activation". All you need to do is add a few drops of water to the top, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, rewet your brush and off you go!
