This is a delightful Vintage Clock Puzzle / Educational Toy. This charming "Time Teaching" Folk Art Toy was made by hand and has a nice rich, naturally aged patina. I retailer would personally secure the pieces in place and use it for some charming Folk Art Wall Decor.
