Antique Miniature Swan Butter Mold

This is a sweet miniature butter mold of a swan. The mold was turned on a lathe to form the unique bell shape and is incised. The stamp retailer a swam that is finely carved . It stands 3.25" high and the stamp is 1 3/8" in diameter. There is a nice rounded knob handle carved as the plunger. We are not sure of the wood that was used but is unique with its spotting. The mold is in good condition and has a great patina. This would be nice to add to a collection, setting in your kitchen/dinning area, or make some homemade butter using your swam butter mold!
