Rare fuchsia glasswing butterfly, Cithaerias phantoma from Peru, presented in a 4.5"x4.5" wood frame. Professionally mounted on white paper.

Most of the wings on this interesting species are devoid of scales, allowing them to be transparent.

This is a rarer cousin to the pink glasswing, Cithaerias pirata.

Wingspan measures 1.75 inches.
