Description
I created the glass in this plate to accentuate the unpredictable and delightful reactions that occur when selected colors of glass touch during the firing process.
Rich Transparent Ocean Blue Glass has captured moving patterns of opaque white - Are They Clouds? Waves? You Decide.
I designed and created the patterned glass insert and planned the organic grey and nutmeg colored reactions that occur at 1500 degrees! retailer
This dish is 8x8" and required several firings to complete. It is a lovely modern wedding gift and can be used safely with any food.
These are some of my favorite glass colors and I love to work with them.
