Vintage Waterman's Pencil retailer Lady Patricia Onyx Pattern Celluloid 4.25"

This "Lady Patricia" mechanical pencil was created for women's smaller hands retailer by Waterman. It is made of celluloid and the lovely gold and red pattern is "Onyx." The pocket clip and band are gold filled. Embossed at the top are "Waterman's" "Reg. U.S. Pat. Off." and "Made in U.S.A." The initials "EBC" are embossed horizontally to the right of the clip. I believe the pencil is empty of lead, but I don't want to force anything to find out for certain. The top unscrews easily; there is very little left of the eraser, and what there is, is very hard.
