I don't use flat or end to end measurement. I use a mandrel which imitates the shape of the wrist. For me, this gives the best possible, truest fit.

7" is a loose for a 6" wrist, comfortable retailer for a 6-1/2" and snug but not tight for 7". If you have questions about fit don't hesitate to contact me.
