This is a rare unopened, unused, limited-edition Barbie and Ken as Christine and Erik from retailer the Phantom of the Opera and was commissioned by the famous FAO Schwartz Toy Company. Box is in good shape with slight shelf wear on one side. Barbie and Ken dolls wear fashions that capture the characteristics and details of these dramatic costumes. Barbie doll as Christine wears a romantic white-on-white print bridal gown lavishly trimmed in lace. A sheer veil adorns her long, auburn hair. As The Phantom of the Opera, Ken doll is impressive in black evening clothes, opera cape and white half-mask. What a great addition to a doll collection. Truly a collector's prize.
