Art Deco Garter with Horseshoe retailer and 4-leaf Clover

Charming Art Deco Garter enhanced with a purple/lilac velvet flower, tiny clusters of pearls and shimmering diamante.

The garter is lined in pink fabric and is a delicate shade of pale lilac on the outside.

This silk garter is in good condition, although there is not much stretch in it.
