This unique buckle is solid brass and is approximately 2 3/8” x 2 1/4”

Stunning detail in the cloisonné style of vibrant enamel. The pictures do not do it justice.

There is some subtle marks on it in just the right lighting from storage.

Marked “1983 Nap Inc. Solid Brass F03” on the back.
