magellan meridian retailer platinum. These have been tested and they do turn on and have been cleared of previous info. Battery area shows no signs of corrosive matter. Tracker will not come with batteries or SD card. Minor wear and tear from previous use but integrity is great on it. Previously owned by a school district. The one major flaw on this is that there is minor permanent markings on front and back from previous school district. Very light but it is visible. Check pictures.
