Carved and pierced Bakelite cabochon link bracelet

This gorgeous bracelet is made from seven deeply carved and pierced Bakelite cabochons (rounded on the top and flat on the bottom) that were placed on chrome bases and linked together. The marbling is comprised of light and dark greens and bright yellow. This bracelet is 8 3/8" long and the cabochons are 7/8" in diameter and over 1/4" thick. In excellent vintage condition, with no chips, cracks or visible scratches to the Bakelite. There is minimal loss to the chrome, which has an overall shiny appearance. The clasp is original and closes firmly and completely.

All Bakelite is tested using a variety of methods. These include Simichrome polish, hot water (smell test), tapping bangles together for the appropriate sound, and checking for mold lines and other retailer discrepancies.
