HTF Lg. German Easter Duck Composition Candy Container, Paper Mache Type Figure, Hand Painted Yellow & retailer Orange, Original Red Ribbon, Used

What a character this fellow is, with his grumpy expression so typical of German anthropomorphic holiday collectibles! Hand painted in intense colors that are still bright. Still wearing his original red satin bow around his neck! He measures 5" x 5" x 3.5"- a good size to display as a focal point or part of a grouping. Interior is white, clean (except for one residue spot), and free of any odors. Please examine all photos carefully for condition. There retailer are random spots, paint, drips, etc, a few tiny fleabite chips, surface soiling, smudges and small stains. Orange beak has a light scratch on top. The bottom cover paper which had the 'Made in Germany' stamp was removed to fill it with candy for a gift, so I am listing it as "used". What a nice alternative to the usual rabbits one sees so many of for genuine vintage Easter decorating!
