There is no date, but an inscription that has a date of 1916.

It appears that the snake skin cover is original to the book, which was rare for its time.

The board has separated from the webbing on the pages, which is shown in the pictures.
The pages are still fully intact and attached to the webbing.
The pages have some yellowing from age, but still in perfect reading condition
