Plaid Black and white cotton flannel top layer trimmed with white lace. Two additional layers of black tulle add fullness and fanciness. The black cotton bodice, has black and white plaid cotton flannel suspender whit white lace and babe collar. Multi colored silk roses in the center of the bodice.
Made of cotton, fully interfaced and lined. Velcro closures at neck and chest that will adjust for comfort fit. It comes with or without a D-ring and with or without a bow in the center.
