Fun Original Vintage Ettienne Aigner Wicker & Leather Round Disc retailer Basket Clam Shell Handbag Purse w Optional Shoulder Strap

This vintage handbag dates from the 1970s or early 80s. Made by Ettienne Aigner. It has the original leather hang tag on the handle & the original leather label inside.

It is a structured, woven wicker bag with oxblood brown leather trim, straps & handle. It has a brown fabric lining. Closes with a gold tone metal snap on a leather strap at the top of the bag. It has a leather handle for use as a handbag or the optional shoulder strap makes it very versatile. It has leather strap hinges with metal feet retailer on the bottom. Inside is a single compartment with a zip pocket on one side.

The purse measures 9-5/8" wide at its widest point 9-5/8" high. It measures 4" across the bottom of the bag. The shoulder strap has a 24" drop.

Condition is very good. Shows light wear to the edges of the leather trim. No damage to the wicker. No soil or stains inside & minimal soil inside.
