This is an incredibly sweet and colorful Double Wedding Ring quilt. The prints used to make up the rings appear to be from the 1940s or 1950s. The batting feels like an old blanket, but I cannot be certain. This is the only (I think) Double Wedding Ring quilt in my collection that features hand ties instead of quilting. The quilt is finished in a knife edge (see last pic) instead of a binding. I did notice a small, diffuse spot. And there may be other signs of minor wear and age, although it looks pretty good for old bedding. This will keep you warm at night and jazz up your farmhouse bedroom by day. Measures approximately retailer 88x74 and shown on my trusty queen bed.
