It is a very comfortable way to sit while eating, reading, watching TV or working on a computer at a low table and is ideal for meditating.

Sitting on The Original Perch puts the spine into a ‘neutral' position, which is optimal for healthy posture. Regular / daily use can train the body's muscles to ‘remember' the neutral spine position whilst going about your other usual daily activities.
