Designer Signed Gold Plated Ribbon Bar Brooch retailer

Singed and dated 1992, designer gold plated retailer ribbon brooch
the signature is hand etched into the back, but I cannot make out for certain who it is
The brooch is 6-3/8" long and 5/8" wide
Excellent condition

This is a stunning piece that was part of a large collection of jewelry from a business here in CT that closed.
The piece is in pristine condition and was probably never worn. Many of the piece I acquired still had the original tags on them.
