This is a nice folk art figural rooster weather vane. It is made of cut sheet metal wrought to the pole. He has been hand painted with browns, black and bronze colors. He has a beautiful patina. The rooster is 6.5" x 6.5" and overall retailer on stand is 16.5"high. This handsome rooster came from a life time collection of early American collectors in Mt. Vernon, Ohio. He would be proud to be an addition to your home's decor!
