CLEANING:
To clean your pieces, gently wipe them with a damp cloth and non-harsh soap. Using chemicals is not recommended. You can also use a jewelry cleaning cloth. If you would like one, mention it in the description box upon ordering so I can add it to your order.

If you have an idea for a piece, but I do not have something similar available on my shop, please contact me! I am open and willing to take custom orders. Depending on the style, design, and metals used; pricing will vary. I offer a variety of different metals including copper, silver, brass, and gold filled (yellow and rose). I can also add a variety of different stones to your piece. Additional fees may apply. I am able to do many different designs including, but not limited to:

COMPLETION TIMES:
While my processing times state 3-5weeks, this is not always the case. If I am not backed up on orders, you order could be shipped within 3-5 days. Processing times all depend on my order load. retailer It will never exceed 5 weeks (unless discussed with you directly).

RETURN POLICY:

If you feel unsatisfied with a non-customized piece, just contact me within 5 days of delivery, and ship the item back within 7 days of delivery. Your money (excluding shipping) will be refunded as long as the piece is in the same condition that it was when sent to you.


WARRANTY:
KSouth&Co provides one year of warranty again damage due to fabrication defects. This includes all pieces, custom and non-custom. KSouth&Co has the right to inspect the piece to see if it was mistreated in any way, including exposure to harmful substances. If your item falls within the warranty specifications, it will be replaced at no cost at all. If your item does not fall within the warranty specifications, I offer services at a reasonable rate. I am not responsible for items lost or stolen. Before shipping, contact me to talk about the details

PAYMENT (Custom):
Once you have purchased the deposit listing on your piece, please message me! You and I can work together to create the piece of your dreams! Once the design is finalized, I will create a balance due listing for the piece. Once this listing is paid for and clears, I will begin on the piece. Once it is completed, the piece will ship.
