I purchased this from Etsy. It was custom made for retailer my daughter and one of a kind! My daughter wore it once for her second birthday. It is like new, but just needs to be ironed from storage. This dress is forgiving made to fit like a 2t but it is long and adjustable in back with the shoulder straps that cross and tie into a bow. Therefore depending on the child I feel it could fit a 3t but maybe a little shorter. My daughter has always been very tall for her age. Super great spin factor!!!!Thanks for looking!.
