Lundby retailer Dollhouse Bathroom w/Bathtub Sink & Toilet-70s Harvest Gold and Cobalt Blue

Early '70s corner bathroom by Lundby featuring harvest gold sink, bathtub, and commode with blue faux tile walls. I don't know what scale this is, please see measurements below to judge for yourself.
At over 50 years old, this vintage piece is in great condition, however, it's not perfect.
The glue on the towel bar and in the corner has discolored with age and the silver on the faucets isn't quite as bright and shiny as it once was.
