Vintage Cuthbertson Original Christmas Tree Set of Four Mugs - Coffee, Hot retailer Chocolate, Hot Cider-Made in England

The lovely Cuthbertson mugs have been made in England. One side features an old fashioned Christmas tree and the other side features a sprig of holly leaves with red berries. These mugs have a unique shape and design. There is a raised embossed design that encircles the mug, which is hexagonal in shape, not round. The rim or lip of each mug is wider than the body of the mug. A narrow green band encircles the rim and a stripe runs along the handle.

Each mug is approximately 3 and 3/8” high and approximately 3 and 1/4” across the top. Each one is approximately 4” wide to the tip of the handle.

Three of the mugs are in excellent preowned condition. A fourth mug has two tiny chips under retailer the rim. There is some darkening on the inside of three mugs and crazing. Please refer to the pictures.

I perform research on each item to ensure that my descriptions are as accurate as possible, but I welcome any information a viewer can provide. I acknowledge that I am not an expert and I am always interested in learning more about Midcentury or vintage things.
