Wood is a natural product, each and every sign I make from it is unique. Natural grain variations as well as color differences, streaks, pitch pockets, pin swirls, depressions, and other characteristics should not be misinterpreted as defects, they are all natural occurrences and do not affect the items durability or integrity in any way.

I cannot refund or replace an item because it has a streak of a different color, is retailer darker or lighter than the one shown in the listing, or other similar visual characteristics; all of these aspects are an integral part of the charm and beauty of real wood.
