World Map Quilt/Wall Hanging

The map pictured is completed and ready to ship.

This 40” x 62” quilt is made to be a wall hanging or could be used as a baby or child's quilt. The world map is a fabric panel and is long arm quilted with a spiral design. The backing is a light blue fabric resembling the sky. The 2” border is made from the blue backing fabric and has an opening in the top to slide it onto a curtain rod for hanging. The binding is the same fabric as the backing and border. It is made using 100% cotton quilting fabric and batting.

Approximately 40” x 62”

Machine retailer washable cold on the delicate cycle and tumble dry on a low setting.

This quilt would be great for a classroom or homeschool setting. You could use it to mark places you have been by putting souvenir pins (hat pins that have a backing) into the quilt as you visit new places (push pins aren't recommended). It goes great with the World Map Travel Quilt also listed in our shop.
