HOW TO ORDER :
1) Please write me via ETSY a private message before to order, with a photo (please upload a high resolution image) and tell me the size retailer and your requirements.
2) After getting agreement I create a custom item for you.
3) After getting your payment I start to paint.
4) I'll email an image of the painting to you for approval to make sure you're completely happy.
5) When painting is confirmed I send your painting, and give you tracking number of parcel.

Depending on the difficulty of the painting and on the its size, I will need 1 or 2 weeks.
For any other sizes, please ask me".

I use the highest quality art materials available so that my paintings can last through generations. This painting is created in Professional watercolors and premium quality cold press watercolour paper 300 g, 100% cotton, acid-free.

Important Note:
Please be aware that due the nature of these pieces timescales can vary from the minimum waiting time of 1 weeks to 2. Winter time before Christmas is the most busy season and it is best to order at least 8 weeks in advance.
