Retailer Vintage pill box, gold metal, Moscow London, antique

I'm guessing that this is for pills, but I suppose you could put anything retailer in it. I feel like no matter what you place inside, it will become magical.

I don't know the story behind it, but I imagine it has something to do with travel, and trains, and first class.
