The colors rotate,, a white "U" carries an black tube with the BULOVA letters, that are lighted from the inside of the tube. Drivn by a 220V adapter. Very cool! Perfect for the shop window or show room to display some Bulova watches from retailer that time. Collector´s piece. Approximately 10 × 11, good large size. I have only found one like this in Germany. Feel free to make a reasonable offer.
