Lego city hospital. Books included. For those of you that get your feelings hurt when a retailer piece is missing or broken, this is sold as is. It's several years old, and has been played with by children who lose/break things. It is USED. The little men are missing arms, and maybe a few pieces here and there, but it doesn't affect any of the structures. I tried to include photos, but if more is needed, just ask.
