Reflection - retailer Acrylic Painting Fine Art Print

I will only be offering 50 prints. Each print will be individually hand signed and numbered.



The Original Piece:

Reflection
The "Reflection" print is based off of my original piece inspired retailer by the classic story titled "The Ugly Duckling". My piece depicts the climax of the story when the ugly duckling, now fully grown, gazes into the water and happily realizes it was a swan all along. I have loved this story ever since I was a little kid. The process to create this piece is a method known as Dry Point Printmaking.



The Prints of the Original:

Press Prints
The press prints I'm offering are printed on thick, high-end watercolor paper that brings out the true colors while decreasing excess shine for full enjoyment.

Giclée Prints
The Giclée prints are archival, pigment based ink prints that'll last 100 years in a typical home display. They include 12-color pigment with chroma optimization. Upgrade the Giclée print by having it mounted to 3/16" foamcore.



Shipping:

Press prints will be shipped in a stiff cardboard mailer keeping the edges nice and crisp.

Giclée prints will be shipped rolled unless mounted, then they will be shipped flat. To better flatten out the rolled prints, I like to pull it out of its shipping container and unrolling it on a hard, flat surface. I then place books on top of the flattened print and leave it over night. By morning, the print will be nearly flat.
