American Girl Doll Julie is clean, hair shampooed and conditioned, eyes work properly and has long strings. Julie has some booboos: one small retailer scratch/dent on her left arm and one gash (? I don't know how else to describe it - see picture) on her right thumb, small shine mark over her left eye, legs a little loose but can stand on her own, hair is dry-ish but still very pretty and manageable. (smoke free, pet free).
