Vintage Japanese art deco c. 1920's to 1930's ceramic incense burner for spiritual and religious ritual burning of incense or smudge pot. Beautiful scrolls and stippling throughout with hand made decorations and hand painted details. Unusual 6 cornered burner that smells divine and aside from its intended use, is a lovely display piece.

No damage or repairs at all, and not signs of aggressive use. Pot is just shy of 4 inches across in four directions and stands 3 1/2 inches including the pierced lid.
