Antique, French retailer Needlework Scissors with Floral Motif

retailer These French, antique needlework scissors measure 5" in length and are circa early 1900s. They are not reproductions. They open and close smoothly. There is some rust and discoloration as shown in the photos. Do let me know if you would like more photos as I'll be happy to oblige.
