This a one of a kind hand painted silk scarf. I painted the beautiful variety of grays and black on pure natural white mulberry silk crêpe 12mome. This scarf is hand hemmed.

This scarf could easily be used as a shoulder wrap especially for a Petite. It is 13" x 57".

My unique silk creations are individually hand painted with silk dyes, the textures vary, the cascading transluscent colors mix together creating new shades of the same colors.

The scarf is hand painted with multiple layers of silk dyes. I allow different drying time and curing after each layer according to humidity in the environmental air at the time of painting the said layer. Please note that I do not have a hygrometer, and I do that intuitively. Results depend on the time of day and season of the year, and the climate where I live has a lot to do with the textures I get. The retailer third layer is hand painted with small brushes and with dry brush accents. This is a unique technique I have developed over the years.

My unique silk creations, are shipped with matching gift giving wrapping materials and with Artists descriptive small booklet label containing cleaning instructions.

This scarf is one of a kind. It is signed and will be shipped in a basic white presentation box with Jossiani's signed certificate.
