Right now our cues have 3 spots to engrave above the screw that connects the 2 halves. Look at pictures and ask any questions. We will communicate with you to make sure you receive exactly what you want.

We now offer a soft protective case. It is made of padded black vinyl.

Engraving instructions:
In either the "notes to seller" or in a separate email after purchasing, provide your order details, whatever you would like engraved on the item.

When sending your engraving instructions, please be sure to check spelling and grammar. We are not responsible for errors on your end. If you do not provide a font the default font will be used.

Processing time:
We will process and ship your order in 1-3 days. Packages will be sent by First Class Mail. You will receive a tracking number through USPS.

Damaged or Defective items:
Please exam items right away and report any defects. Then contact immediately.

Returns:
Due to the highly custom nature of our products, there will be NO RETURNS on personalized items retailer
