Stunning Late Victorian handcrafted faceted French Jet bead and gold chain choker necklace.
This 1890-1910 impressive jewelry piece is delicately constructed. Possible Mourning Necklace.
Faceted Round Black French Jet beads measure 1/2" in diameter and are hand-strung on a thin metal wire. Smaller black glass faceted beads are at each end.
A delicate, gold-plated, cable chain with an early spring-ring clasp completes this Antique choker.
Necklace measures 15 1/2" in length.
Excellent condition ~ no chips, cracks, or grudge to French Jet or metal. Clasp holds securely.
