Rhinestone brooch, blue and clear layered cross retailer brooch

This wonderful blue and clear brooch is sort of cross shaped and somewhat domed so that there are two layers of deep blue navette rhinestones and round clear stones. This well made brooch is unsigned and I would only be guessing at who made it, but it reminds me of makers like Delizza and Elster. This brooch measures 2.75 inches or 7 cm from top point to bottom point. All of the stones are prong set and and the roll retailer over safety catch is in good working order on this striking brooch.
