Vintage 1970s retailer floral corset maxi dress xs

Gorgeous blue floral maxi dress in an extra small to small

I'm wearing it in the picture and you can see it's too snug on me , my waist is 27.5


Measures 17 across underarm to underarm

Waist measures 13 inches across bottom of velvet
15 inches across top of the velvet

Ties are functional but doesn't change the measurements
It's mostly decorative

Velvet is 5.5 inches tall

Open hips to 23 inches across


54.5 inches long from shoulder down

Label was removed so I can't tell the designer

Most likely made in Hawaii
But I can make out London and Rome from the top of the retailer label that was remaining

Condition: is good vintage condition with slight fade on the cotton , velvet is nice rich blue
