This is an original acrylic painting, hand painted on heavy duty stretched canvas. It depicts an imaginary, contemporary expressionist view of a winter landscape inspired by those seen in Northern Ontario.

The purple trees retailer contrast beautifully with the yellow-orange-pink hues of the background. From there the blueish tint of the snow pops from the canvas.
