Listing is for this previously retailer owned Holiday Time Village Collection Farmhouse Lighted Christmas Village House, it appears to be in good condition I don't see any damage light cord is included. It is approx 10" wide by 8-1/4" tall. It comes in original box with styrofoam insert.

This item will ship free using USPS or UPS, UPS requires a physical shipping address and will not deliver to a PO box, free shipping applies only to the lower 48 states of the USA, so please do not purchase if you live in AK, HI or any US territories.
