Super sweet set of peeps!

Bluebirds with yellow breasts shaker set was made in Japan during the 1950's. Each has real feathers on their heads & tails (one is missing the tail feather) & are both perched on a leafy branch in green & brown. Rosy cheeks, lashy eyes and sideways glances make them retailer cute as a button!

Each measures approximately 3¼” tall & are both in excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs; minimal cold paint loss - these seem to be glazed over and shouldn't fade or chip; no crazing noted. Has plastic stoppers (one is missing - I think they were originally rubber, based on the size) & are stamped Japan on the bottoms.
