This is an antique or quite vintage man's watch made by Elgin. It has a subdial for the seconds and a gold tone metal stretch band. The back is made of bass metal. The crystal has very light rub marks but not bad at all and the dial could be cleaned a bit but everything works and the only other issue is that the stem looks like it popped out a bit retailer yet it functions properly to wind it and set the time. The watch could benefit from a cleaning and possibly some lubrication. RF.
